Our place is centrally located on the Sunshine Coast, nestled in the convenient and quiet town on Cotton Tree in Maroochydore. The Maroochy River is 600m away, Maroochydore beach and surf club is 800m, Aldi 300m, Chemists 250m, RSL is 500m, swimming pool is 600m, tennis courts, lawn bowls all within 500m. It’s so convenient.
Alternatively, our home has a book room, outside games room, swimming pool, undercover outdoor area to relax and enjoy the gardens.
