The main strip is Ocean Street filled with bars and restaurants which is a 10 minute walk. Aldi is 2 minute walk and the Cotton Tree markets on Sunday is 5 minutes away.

Sunshine Coast airport is the closest only a 20 minute drive, with shuttle buses and public transport also available.

Check-in time is 2:00PM, and check-out is by 10:00AM. If you have special requirements for checking in or out, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to cater for this.

Maroochydore beach (and the surf club) is approximately 800m walk straight across the footy fields. It takes under 5 minutes to walk there. Cotton Tree river is just 300m away.
Each bedroom is fitted with comfy sheets & blankets, and there are plenty of fresh towels available. Please bring your own beach towels. There is a laundry with a washing-machine available for your clothes and the kitchen has all utensils including coffee machine and soda stream.
  • Of course, we have 2 parking spots (one under cover) and a side gate for a boat which you’ll need to confirm prior to staying.

Sorry, but we do not accept schoolies bookings.
